PCOS, or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, is a very common reproductive disorder that affects many women. It is characterized by lack of ovulation, and many different physical symptoms, such as cysts on the ovaries, extra weight around the middle, acne, excessive hair growth, and more.

Doctors say that for women who have PCOS and are overweight, the best thing to do is exercise, and eat right to bring their weight under control. However, how should a PCOS patient try to improve her fertility if she is not overweight? Luckily, eating right and exercising regularly are beneficial to all woman, not just the overweight ones.
